Oh, the Life of an Actor

Another audition come and gone. Another "Don't call us, we'll call you" moment. Another awkward silence between fellow actors when you tell them you didn't make the cast .. again. Another "I'll be better next time" Note-to-self.

I mean, I was on a roll for a while! I got casted in 6 shows in a row! But now it's all coming back to get me. Which is okay, I mean, now I can have a life instead of turning down invitations with; "I have rehearsal." But in the back of my mind I'm wishing that I was saying that rather than saying "I can come."

But no worries... I'll be better next time.
